Anahata Resort is an eco-friendly, traditional Thai tropical beachfront retreat featuring two lodging areas connected by a beachside path. The resort is located on the shore of Lipanoi bay, 35 km from Samui International. Dining options include Alchemy Cafe and Juice Bar, a seaside restaurant serving raw, vegan, vegetarian, and Flexitarian Thai and fusion dishes. Guests can experience traditional Thai massages and spa treatments at a pavilion by the beach or in indoor treatment rooms using chemical-free products. Programs include a pre-cleanse period with raw foods and juices. A daily schedule includes 16 hours of juicing combined with 8 hours of plant-based raw foods, and a daily fasting period of 14-18 hours with an 8-4 hour eating window. The resort provides a team of experienced professionals to support healing journeys.
